いつの間にか2018年ですね。

あけましておめでとうございます！

私事ですが
早速いいことが。

毎年15年来くらいの友人たちと
大晦日は鐘つきにいって
その流れで参拝というのが流れになっています。

まあ今回も変わらずに
行ってきました。

すると
除夜の鐘の一突き目を私がやることに(^^♪

5年ほど行っていますけど
最初に突くのは初めてで
なんか早速得した気分です。

その流れで
走り初めにも行ってきました。

予定では往復で50キロほど
行くつもりで出発。

片道は23キロほどで巡航。

で帰路につくことに。

しかし
5キロほどいったところで
「パンっ！！！」と炸裂音が。

何だろうと思い
ブレーキをかけたところ
急にスピードが、、、

ついびっくりしてしまい
クリートを外すことを忘れ
初の立ちごけ。笑

そのまま路肩に倒れこむ。笑

これまでは
一度倒れそうになったことは
あったものの立ちごけはなかったですね。

その後立ち上がろうとして
右膝付近を強打。

曲げたら痛いくらいの
ものなのでまあ軽い打撲でしょう。

前日にきれいに清掃していて
なんか異変を感じていました。

まあこのパンクはなるべくして
なった感じがしています。

その異変については
ブログの記事として書く予定です。

結局は5キロほど歩いて
残りは車で帰ることに。

割と寒かったです。

走り初めで
パンクしての立ちごけなんて
私くらいだと思うので
たぶんこれはいいことでしょう( ;∀;)

寒い寒い言っていても
ロードバイク乗りは

バイク乗りと釣り人は

人によっては
シューズの中にカイロをいれると
言う人もいますが
シューズカバーは必須でしょう。

筋トレをしている人もいるかと。

これらで体を動かしても
若干上がるだけで
冷え性だとすぐに下がってしまう。

一番効果がいいかと
思うものを紹介しましょう。

それは

足湯。

42～3度くらいのお湯に
走る前10～20分程度浸かっておくと
けっこう暖かいまま走れます。
